Soccerfest

Soccer has officially started for Sprout #2! Last night was Soccerfest, where all the teams gather and have a parade and show off their new team banners and whatnot...I made the banner this year, it was my first experience with it. In one night here is what I came up with...(sorry the picture isn't so good, it's from the camera phone.) Not bad for doing it all in one night. I sort of approached it like I was working on a giant scrapbook page! Next time I will plan my time more wisely...if there is a next time!

Today The Mighty Munchkins had their first game. It was so hot out there they were melting. But they made it through. Even though they didn't score any goals they learned a lot. We are proud of them. And I am super proud of the way that Sprout #2 played...she ran her heart out, I am totally amazed at the progress she has made from last year to this year! Way to go Munchkins!
