Saucy Pork Chops

Hey everyone!
I have been in such a blogging funk. Not that I don't have anything to write about but I just can't seem to find the time anymore. I was the type to stay up until all hours of the night but since I have gone back to work full time I am just to tired to think at the end of the day & most night just go to bed by 9!
Anyway, in an effort to let you know that I am still here I'm going to share a recipe that I am making for dinner tonight. (I got the idea from my cool bro.) :)

So here is a recipe out of one of my favorite Cookbooks "The Four Ingredient Cookbook" Enjoy!

Saucy Pork Chops

1) 6 pork chops
2) 1 cup applesauce
3) 1/4 cup soy sauce
4) 1/8 teaspoon onion powder

Brown pork chops on both sides. Place in shallow casserole. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon evenly over chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking 15 minutes longer or until chops are tender.
